OUR STORY

In 1971 Aerarium Group bought 23 acres of land from the city of Barrie.  Construction started on 220 Bayview Drive, the first multi-rental industrial building in Barrie.  It was the start of several buildings on Bayview all built to provide rental space for expanding the Barrie market.

Growing along with Barrie, 52 years later, Owners Stephen and Phillip have seen the population grow from 24,000 to over 165,000.  Along with this growth has come fantastic Cultural Diversity.
